A Parisian Cocktail Bar

Filled with inspiration from the cognac decanters in the new Lalique Suite, the team set off to explore the great cognac terroirs, such as Grande and Petite Champagne, Fins Bois, Bons Bois, Borderies... and came up with 'La Cognathèque'. Esteemed small producers and private houses are featured on the front page of the Journal du Cognac and tell stories of the authentic cognac houses. These include Guilhem Grosperrin, who treats his cellar with extreme care using the sound of a bell to encourage the aging of the barrels. There is also Maison Godet - a father and his 4 enthusiastic sons - and Maison Delamain, which upholds the era of the prestigious cognac... The list continues.
Four new cocktail recipes were born from these cognac encounters in which the type of brandy, now in vogue in the world's greatest bars, can be discovered or re-discovered. An ideal drink as an aperitif or an after-dinner drink.

Every night, chef barman, Roberto Catalano, takes center stage guided by tunes ranging from today's hits to those of the Roaring Twenties. Born in Bari in the heart of Italy's Puglia region, Roberto Catalano has developed his palate while traveling the world. From the Island of Capri's Grand Hôtel Quisisana, to the hilltop Blue Bar in Sydney, through to the home of mixology, London, and the Gong Bar on the 52nd floor of the Shangri-La Hotel, the 19.20 chef barman distills his passion for life and international experiences through a unique cocktail menu.

It is the must-see new feature of Parisian nights: Queen Julia Gautier takes control of the 19.20 turntables.
Emblematic figure and reference as a DJ in Paris but also in Rome and Luxembourg, Julia offers three times a week confidential parties with a sophisticated musical universe.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
